Gilmore's Team Approach

To assure the high levels of client satisfaction that are typical for this company, Gilmore Research takes a team approach to all research projects. Each team is headed by a Vice President or Team Lead who administers the project overall and includes a Project Director to oversee fielding, programming and data entry and an Analyst or Moderator who handles the design and analysis of results. This structure is built to provide optimal communication between clients and the project team.

In the early design and planning stages, the entire Gilmore team works closely with clients. Once the project is in the field, the Project Director provides day-to-day updates and is in contact with all project team members. At any time during the project, members of the team will know the status of the project and be available to answer questions or provide information as needed.
