Gilmore Research Group respects the privacy of our respondents and clients and is committed to maintaining the security of all data we collect and/or store. Protection of respondent confidentiality has been a hallmark of our over sixty year history as a respected survey research company.

When you participate in a survey with Gilmore Research Group, your individual answers are held in the strictest confidence. The results of surveys are analyzed and reported to our clients in aggregate. Responses are never looked at individually, only as a part of a group and your answers are never connected with anything that can identify you such as your name, address or phone number.

Gilmore Research Group is a long-standing member of the Council of American Survey Research Organizations or CASRO, the leading professional organization for full-service market research companies based in the United States. Each member of CASRO agrees to protect the public's rights and privacy by maintaining a commitment to its high standards. When you click on the link to our survey website, your identity will remain completely confidential. Gilmore Research Group will not send you unsolicited email or pass on your email addresses to others. If we want to contact you in the future, we will ask your permission to do so.

STATEMENT ON HIPAA
Gilmore Research Group is a research supplier to many health care organizations. As such, we are required to maintain the highest security of a patient’s personally identifiable information (PII). Gilmore Research Group only uses patient information for contracted research studies and handles data in accordance with stringent HIPAA requirements.
