Driving Directions:
The entrance to the building is on 4th Avenue between Lenora and Blanchard. Validated parking is ONLY available on Lenora between 3rd and 4th Avenues in the underground parking garage. Metered street parking is also available.
From I-5 Northbound (Including Sea-Tac Airport):
- Take I-5 N to SEATTLE
- Take the SENECA ST exit, EXIT 165
- Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto SENECA ST
- Turn RIGHT onto 4TH AVE
- Turn LEFT onto LENORA ST
- Garage will be the first driveway on RIGHT
From I-5 Southbound: - Take I-5 S to SEATTLE
- Take the UNION ST exit, EXIT 165 B
- Stay straight to go onto UNION ST
- Turn right onto 4TH AVE
- Turn LEFT onto LENORA ST
- Garage will be the first driveway on RIGHT
From the East via I-90: - Take I-90 W to I-5 N
- Merge onto I-5 N
- Take the exit toward MADISON ST/CONVENTION PLACE
- Stay straight to go onto 7th AVE
- Turn LEFT onto MADISON ST
- Turn RIGHT onto 4th AVE
- Turn LEFT onto LENORA ST
- Garage will be the first driveway on RIGHT
From the East via 520: - Take WA-520 W to I-5 S
- Merge onto I-5 S
- Take the UNION ST exit, exit 165 B
- Stay straight to go onto UNION ST
- Turn right onto 4TH AVE
- Turn LEFT onto LENORA ST
- Garage will be the first driveway on RIGHT
- Take the DENNY WAY exit
- Merge onto AURORA AVE NORTH
- Continue on WALL ST
- Turn LEFT onto 5TH AVE
- Turn RIGHT at LENORA ST
- Garage will be first driveway on RIGHT after crossing 4th AVE
From Aurora Ave/WA-99 (from the South): - Take the WESTERN AVE exit
- Turn RIGHT on BATTERY AVE
- Turn RIGHT on 5th AVE
- Turn RIGHT on LENORA ST
- Garage will be first driveway on RIGHT
Once in the garage, please check in with the parking attendant (before 6:30 pm) or our Valet (standing outside garage after 6:30 pm). YOU MUST BRING THE 4TH AND BLANCHARD GARAGE PARKING TICKET TO GILMORE TO BE VALIDATED. Follow signs to the elevator and push Level 1. Exit the elevator and go toward the lobby (to your left) and take the second bank of elevators (closest to the security guard stand) to the 8th floor. If not parking in our garage come into the main lobby of the building and take the bank of elevators closest to security guard stand to the 8th Floor.
