Gilmore Focus Group TeamDonna Glosser - Director, Qualitative Services Division Laura Arendall - Project Manager Lori Ward - Project Manager Recruiting Supervisors and Staff Facility Host Staff Donna Glosser Director, Qualitative Services Division
| Donna joined Gilmore in June of 2007 to oversee the company’s qualitative operations and facilities. With more than 25 years of experience in operations and sales in the marketing research industry, Donna is well versed in a variety of qualitative methods: focus groups, ethnographic studies, taste tests, in-depth interviewing, online research and product placement. She has a BBA degree from the University of Oklahoma in Marketing and is a member of the Marketing Research Association and Puget Sound Research Forum. Donna has served on the boards of both organizations for many years and is active in the research community both regionally and nationally. Donnas tendency to stay busy most hours of the day extends beyond the hectic pace she runs at Gilmore. Even in her spare time, Donna can be found snowshoeing or hiking on the trails, attending a variety of sporting events and good movies. About the only time she is stationary is when Fudge, the cat she rescued 2 years ago, anchors Donna by taking over her lap.

| Laura joined Gilmore in January 2010, bringing with her 20 years of market research experience. She is an accomplished Project Manager with experience in all phases of qualitative research. Holding different positions of responsibility led to a deep understanding of the research process from a variety of perspectives. This varied background, combined with Laura's organizational skills, attention to project objectives and budgetary constraints ensures that projects are successfully completed and clients are pleased. A member of the MRA, she received the Professional Researchers Certification at the Expert level in January 2009. Laura is another on the Gilmore team who appreciates any day that includes hiking in the beautiful Northwest. Heading out, Laura is sure to take two important items: a camera to record nature as she experiences it and her dog, Pepper, to help her enjoy that experience. If Laura can't get into the mountains, she may spend the day enjoying the outdoors in her own yard. And, if she can top off that day listening to good live music - all the better!
| Lori Ward Project Manager | In the re-organization of its Focus Division in early 2010, Gilmore Research gained Lori Ward as one of its Focus Project Managers. She joins the company with strong client service and project management skills. In the 15+ years Lori has spent in management positions, she has gained experience in a variety of industries with an emphasis in retail and restaurant categories. Her research experience has included product, display and price comparison surveys both on and off premises, customer service evaluations / mystery shopping, client retention and compliance surveys.
Lori learned years ago that daily runs and work-out sessions provide her with the best stress release. This active routine allows her to continue enjoying favorite activities including snow and water skiing, tennis and hiking. In addition, a side benefit to daily exercise for Lori is her ability to participate in two other favorite past-times ... cooking and wine tasting. Her proudest accomplishment? Raising 3 children to be responsible, caring adults who still enjoy spending time with Mom!

| | Recruiting Supervisors and Staff | The value of any focus group project is heavily dependent on the quality of the participant recruiting for the sessions. Focus group recruiters call people and screen them to find those who qualify for a study in order to invite their participation. These fearless but friendly people are the “feet on the ground” of the marketing research industry. The enthusiastic crew at Gilmore are a determined and energetic group and some of the main reasons Gilmore has so many repeat clients.
| | Facility Host Staff | The measure of the success for a qualitative research project is often a combination of the information gathered from participants being studied and the ease and comfort of the entire process. Gilmore’s focus hosting staff members are professionally trained to make sure a client’s experience while at our facility is exactly what is needed. From the well coordinated management of each session to responsive fulfillment of client requests and creative problem-solving, Gilmore hosts are “focused” on client satisfaction at the conclusion of each project.
